Sneaker Recycling Drive
Las Sendas PTO - Empowering Communities
Every year, 600 million pairs of shoes go into America’s landfills! 100% of these shoes can be recycled and the majority of these shoes can still be reused. That’s why we have decided to start a sneaker drive fundraiser with GotSneakers. The sneakers that we collect through the GotSneakers program will help us raise much-needed funds AND will keep sneakers out of landfills.
Talk about a win-win!
We will collect new, gently used, and totally gross athletic shoes from October 16 - November 17
Here’s how you can help:
Start in your and your family’s closets and clean out as many pairs of sneakers that you no longer want, maybe you’ve outgrown them, they’re out of style, or worn out, and drop them off in a shoe donation box at the school.

Run through the decades in style with the return of the Las Sendas Community Association 5K!
Join us for a fun-filled 5k and fun run through the decades. Dress up in your favorite decade's attire and run with us!
